The vines are mainly Grenache and Syrah. They are in the Saint-Chinian Roquebrun appellation, and are farmed organically and irrigated. The remaining vines consist of some 50 ares of Alvarinho and 33 ares of Rivarenc. The aromatic plants currently planted are rosemary verbenone and helichrysum (immortelle).
