From the dining room you come out to the alley behind the house, where you can have a dining table and chairs.

Upstairs are three guest rooms as well as a bathroom and toilet.

Upstairs is a guest room and two private rooms as well as a bathroom with toilet and laundry room. (If you want, you can keep the whole upstairs private).

The house is heated with a stove on the ground floor and electric elements in the guest rooms. There are original windows (single glass).

Within walking distance in the village, you have several restaurants, bakery, shop and there are lovely walking paths around the lagoon and to the saltwater lake, Le Doul, located in the nature reserve of Peyriac de Mer.

It is close to the long sandy beaches on the Mediterranean in e.g. Port la Nouvelle and to Leucate, which is also famous for its oyster farms. You have about 15 minutes by car to the city of Narbonne.
