The yellow diamond. Guarantee of professionalism... MidiEstates is a member of FNAIM. This organisation is the foremost federation of estate agencies in France. One of it’s main tasks is making sure that it’s adherants are bona fide estate agents and that they all work according to the professional code. Only agencies that are fully licensed by the French gouvernment can become a member. MidiEstates is legaly allowed – just like “notaires”- to receive and hold funds for clients (eg a deposit on the acquisition of a house) on a special, registered account; a so called “compte séquestre. The monies deposited on this account are fully guaranteed by the guarantee fund of the FNAIM. Our membership of the FNAIM is also proof that MidiEstates is covered by an extended professional insurance.
