Property management is a very big responsibility as most of our clients are non-resident who need assurance that their investment is safe and secure, which is why we have developed a solution to our clients needs,rather than leaving it to a person who they met in the local bar.
Your investment whether it's 100,000€ or 2,000,000€, is an investment that needs securing, so we visit your property, check that everything is safe and that nothing is broken and also become your key holder in the unlikely event that anything unexpected occurs with your home and we need to deal with these incidentals.

Unlike all other Immobiliers and Property Management Companies, we at Midi Estates will accept responsibility as your Key Holders FREE OF CHARGE for the first 12 months when buying a property through our agency.
We do this to ensure that our customers have the comfort of knowing that their investment is safe and sound.
Finding the wrong Person;
This can cost you more than just money if you are not careful, as it is easy to walk into a bar and find someone who says they will look after you property, but you need to consider the following -
- This person could be someone working on what the French call "THE BLACK"
- He or she may not be declaring their income and then claiming state benefits.
- What you do not realise, is by employing these people you become liable.
- If they get prosecuted and receive a fine or imprisonment, the government then issues up to 10 times the punishment given to the accused, to the person who has actually employed their services.
- Example; someone receiving a 500€ fine can cost the employer 5,000€ and in the case of imprisonment for those who have a previous who then receive a 2 month custodial sentence, can mean up to 10 months imprisonment to the employer.
- One may say that they never new but we all know that the courts will not accept this as an excuse, so be very careful when employing someone to look after your property.
- Then you have those who do nothing and charge you for everything and there is nothing you can do, and if you lose your personal belongings then you only have yourselves to blame.
Property Services.
We arrange cleaners to ensure your home is clean and tidy which we inspect before your arrival and if need be, collect you and your family from the airport.
Holiday Rentals.
Your property can be rented out during periods when you are not in the country in order to receive a return on your investment.
We check the clients in and out and make sure that the property is left clean.
Builders.
In France you will find builders everywhere but need to be aware that if they do not have the relevant insurance policies then their work means nothing.
Some may show you a SIRET number which is not an insurance policy which protects your works for 10 years.
Again, they too maybe working on the "BLACK" or if they do not have the insurance policies then you are left with a big mess which you cannot hold anyone liable for.
This insurance policy can cost up to 12,000€ a year and it is only given to builders who are registered and can actually do the job.
