  We will be your key holders, visit your property regularly, send all correspondence back to you and secure your property.
• When you or your friends arrive, we will make sure your property in clean and if required will do the shopping so when you return to your holiday home, you will have something to eat and drink.

Builders and Constructions.

• We have a number of builders and Architects who have the correct insurance policies and do a professional job.
• As introducers we ensure that they give you the very best services and we can manage the project, keeping you up to date with all the works being carried out.
• No job is too small or too big as it is our job to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Financing a Languedoc Property.

• We have a number of good lenders with different facilities.
• We also arrange all of your insurance needs and explain what it is that you are signing and what you are covered for, as we have seen people with policies from the local banks which are not worth the paper they are written on.
• We can arrange your bank account facilities and introduce you to one of our banks.

Transport from the Languedoc to the UK and back.

• We currently do 2 or 3 trips a year, to and from the U.K, which we hope to increase to once a month in the near future, to for fill our clients needs.
